Conference Co-ordination
We will assume responsibility for planning, facilitating and evaluating conferences,
meetings and training events. Conference co-ordination includes conducting needs
analysis, developing agendas, securing conference facilitators, monitoring related
budgets, identifying potential financial partners, event evaluation and report
preparation.
Research and Development
At your direction, we will conduct research and prepare an analysis of findings
that will assist in meeting project objectives.
